For the final day of second term, we enjoyed our annual sing-along. We appreciate Mrs. Olsen's talent at the piano. It was fun to have a couple of visitors, with Santa and the Grinch joining Chip the Buffalo. Some students went all out with their hair or attire in honor of Grinch day. Have a merry Christmas and a great holiday from Buffalo Point.
Thank you Zion's Bank Syracuse branch. Some of our students created ornaments for their branch Christmas tree. We got to go and decorate the tree. They also have a $100 donation to Buffalo Point.

In the newsletter today, please note an important safety reminder. In our drop off and pick up line, we have seen students that want to cross to get into a car that is waiting in the line. This means they have to cross traffic and then possibly pass between parked cars to reach a vehicle.
This is dangerous and needs to be addressed. Students should wait until their vehicle is right in front of the school so they can go straight from the sidewalk into a vehicle.
If it feels like the pick up line is taking too long, feel free to find a different spot for loading and unloading. Southeast of the school along Doral is an alternative that some have found helpful.
The slide was in high demand today. Our sweet little kindergartners were so good at taking turns and created a line all by themselves.
Congratulations to Mr. Green who presented to the Utah State School Board today. We love having him represent Buffalo Point and Davis District.
