We are excited for you to join us!
Buffalo Point Elementary will be a Traditional schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. 
Please print and complete the following forms. Once completed, please bring them to our school office. 

1. Registration form 
2. Proof of Residency Documentation
3. Guardianship Form
                                          4. Student Questionnaire (McKinney-Vento Form)-English                                              McKinney-Vento Form-Spanish

                                                                              

In order to complete the enrollment process, we will also need: 

Original birth certificate
Original immunization records
Guardian photo I.D.
Two proofs of residency
Kindergarten only - $20 snack donation
